[South Korea] Public design for kids, 'Yellow carpet' project from InCRC

The Yellow carpet project designed by InCRC, (International Child Rights Center) and more then 1600 local people participated for construction. InCRC is a non-profit organization based in Seoul, Korea, Dissemination and training of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

The Yellow carpet has installed in a neighborhood called 'Seongbuk-gu' in Seoul as a trial basis. 1676 residents participated to build the yellow carpet in school zone. 

Yellow carpet is really simple but strongly effect to the drivers. children will wait inside the Yellow carpet before crossing the pedestrian crossing. It makes drivers take more pay attention to children in the yellow carpet.

This designed for reducing car accident for children which is most high cause of death for under 15 years old in Korea.
